President Joe Biden has changed the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration by removing Andrew Saul, who was appointed by former President, Donald Trump. Deputy Commissioner, David Black, has also been removed.
The new Acting Commissioner is Kilolo Kijakazi who has served as Deputy Commissioner of Retirement and Disability Policy since January 2021.
