SOCIAL SECURITY INTRODUCES SECURE DIGITAL ACCESS to SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS
Social Security is introducing a way for my Social Security account holders to access their number & card, digitally, so it is not necessary to carry around their Social Security card.
Beginning this summer it will be possible to access the number in a secure manner for purposes other than dealing with the Social Security Administration.
This will also assist those who have lost or misplaced their card.
